1. Grade Consultation Platform
All exam grades and session results are centralised and can only be viewed on the secure platform [Platform Name, e.g. Student Intranet / Moodle / Hyperplanning].
- Access: Log in to the student intranet with your usual username and password.
- Location: Navigate to "My Course" > "Assessment Results" or "Transcript".
- Publication Timeframe: Grades are usually published 3 to 4 weeks after the end of the exam session. You will receive an email notification as soon as the results are officially approved by the board.
2. Understanding Your Transcript
Your transcript displays:
- Teaching Unit (UE): The module or subject.
- Coefficient (Coeff): The weight of the UE in the calculation of the average.
- ECTS Credits: The number of credits associated with the UE (only if the UE is validated).
- Final Grade: Your grade out of 20 (or out of 100).
- Mention: Pass (Admitted) or Fail (Deferred).
3. Procedure in Case of Failure (Deferral)
If you have failed a UE:
- Resits (Second Session): Registration is automatic for second session exams. Dates are available in the "Academic Calendar" section.
- Capitalisation: Grades above 10/20 for a UE are capitalised and retained, even if the overall session average is not validated.
4. Request for Official Transcript
To obtain a signed and stamped transcript for administrative purposes (visa, Master’s application, etc.):
- Form: Complete the request form available at [Link to form/Secretariat].
- Processing Time: Allow 7 working days for processing the request.
- Collection: The document can be collected from the Academic Secretariat or sent by registered mail.
