I forgot my password. What should I do?
If you have lost or forgotten the password for your student account (which gives access to the Intranet, Wi-Fi, and your email), you can reset it in a few minutes.
1. Automatic Reset (Recommended)
The fastest method is to use our online reset tool:
- Step 1: Go to the official reset page: [Link to the school's password reset page]
- Step 2: Enter your student ID or your school email address.
- Step 3: Follow the instructions. A secure link to create a new password will be sent by email to your personal email address (the one you provided during registration).
- Step 4: Create a new strong password (minimum 8 characters, including uppercase, lowercase, and numbers).
💡 Security Tip: The tool only works if your personal email address is up to date in our system.
2. IT Service Assistance (if method 1 fails)
If you cannot access your personal email or if the automatic reset fails, contact the IT Service:
- Channel: Contact the IT service via the dedicated form.
- Response time: An agent will reply during office hours to verify your identity (usually within 2 hours) and manually reset your password.
3. Regular Password Change
We recommend changing your password every 90 days to ensure the security of your data. This option is available in the "My Account" section of the Intranet.
